Our booking policy
Online bookings are requests until our team confirms them. Please arrive a few minutes early. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours beforehand using your booking reference, or call us. Payment is taken at the salon.
Requests and confirmation
An online booking is a request until our team confirms it. Your confirmation page and booking reference show the current status. Online booking is available from 2 hours ahead up to 60 days in advance.
Changes and cancellations
You can move or cancel your appointment online up to 12 hours before it starts, using your booking reference and phone number. A moved appointment is reviewed again by our team. Closer to the time, please call us.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ethiopian birr (ETB). Prices marked “from” depend on hair length and thickness and are confirmed at your consultation. Payment is made at the salon; no payment is taken online.
